About Us

Based in Orlando, Florida, Jason A. Pagan, CPA, ABV, CFF, ASA is the owner and managing director of OSS | Office Support Services and a nationally trusted business valuation and financial advisory expert with over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and advisory services. Jason specializes in business valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and financial advisory services for privately held and mid-market companies, with a particular focus on contractors, construction firms, and disaster restoration businesses. Over the past decade, he has delivered more than 1,500 SBA-compliant opinions of value for nationally recognized banks and business owners and has advised on transactions representing hundreds of millions of dollars in deal volume.

He holds multiple elite credentials, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA – Florida), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), along with advanced financial modeling certifications from the Corporate Finance Institute. Jason is a member of the AICPA and the American Society of Appraisers.

Before leading OSS, Jason built his career at Ernst & Young and Marcum LLP, where he developed deep expertise in audit, forensic accounting, business valuation, litigation support, and complex tax matters. He later established and led a Quality of Earnings practice for a boutique advisory firm, supporting mid-market M&A transactions nationwide.

Jason acquired OSS | Office Support Services after recognizing that contractors and restoration companies were consistently underserved by traditional accounting firms. Under his leadership, OSS has expanded its capabilities and advisory depth, delivering a specialized bookkeeping, job-costing, and financial reporting system tailored to the realities of project-based businesses — including WIP schedules, insurance billing, AR delays, and cash-flow volatility.

Today, Jason and his team serve as the financial backbone for contractors across Florida and the U.S., providing bookkeeping, business valuation, and fractional CFO services that give owners the clarity, control, and confidence to scale their businesses.
