Based in Orlando, Florida, Jason A. Pagan is a highly credentialed valuation and financial consulting expert with over 20 years of progressive finance and accounting experience spending the last decade specializing in business valuation and mergers & acquisitions. His credentials include:

    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Florida
    • Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) – AICPA
    • Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) – AICPA
    • Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) – American Society of Appraisers

Jason also holds certifications in financial modeling from the corporate finance institute further honing his analytical toolkit and is a member of the AICPA and American Society of Appraisers.

    • Since 2011, Jason has been immersed in business valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and litigation support.
    • He currently leads valuations of mid-market M&A candidates and advises on buy/sell transactions for privately held businesses.
    • Jason has provided over 1,500 SBA-compliant opinions of value for nationally recognized banks and end users.
    • He has also successfully completed acquisitions to support the growth of OSS (Office Support Services), expanding the firm’s capabilities and geographic reach.
    • Prior to leading OSS, Jason established the Quality of Earnings division for a boutique consulting firm advising on over $150 million in deal volume annually.

Forensic Accounting Expertise

    • Worked at Marcum LLP (2011–2014) as a forensic accountant focused on business valuations, matrimonial litigation, and complex tax matters.
    • Began his career at Ernst & Young, delivering audit and assurance services for publicly traded clients in the pharmaceutical and oil & gas industries.
    • Gained municipal and governmental audit experience at a regional public accounting firm.
